All information obtained through the Wellnessmap website will be held confidentially, and no information will be shared with a third
party without your written permission. When completing the Wellnessmap
questionnaire, answers to individual questions will not be available to us; rather,
we will have access only to the total scores. These scores will be measured against
standardised results to determine your WellnessBodyType and
your position on the Illness to Wellness Continuum for each of the four
causes of illness.
